So sorry for the late response! The two other mods are busy with work, and I just recently got back into college.
Since your application has expired, I'll talk to the others and try to get all of us on at the same time to look at it and decide about it, since it takes more than one vote. As for your question about the powers, that needs to get discussed between us mods.
